Research Analyst

Due to the growth of the business and internal progression, we are now seeking additional talented people to join our sector-aligned practices (technology, financial services or professional services), based at our office in Boston's financial district.
Please note this is a hybrid role and we come together as a team two days a week in the Boston office.
The Role
We’re looking for a research analyst to join our fast-growing team based in Boston. Our work comprises qualitative and quantitative research, including brand equity, voice of the customer, persona, and competitive intelligence. We’re growing fast and looking for a research analyst with around one to two years of experience, who is eager to develop and build their career. In this role, you will assist with all phases of market research projects by performing and coordinating the activities required for successful projects:
- Articulation of research objectives
- Development of quantitative and qualitative research instruments
- Budget-setting and vendor management
- Analysis and reporting of research findings
- Presentation of results
Responsibilities
- Design discussion guides, based on client briefings
- Attend weekly client calls with some input to discussions
- Assume some responsibility for leading interviews with business and technical stakeholders
- Synthesize research findings into crisp, thoughtful reports and presentations
- Deliver research with high quality embedded in every aspect of the process
- Assist in playback presentations to clients
- Build internal and client facing dashboards
- Carry out desk research projects as and when required
- Project management (scheduling, meeting notes, agendas, timelines, budgeting, resourcing)
Experience
- Must be proficient in using data analytics and visualization tools such as SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, Displayr, and/or Q
- Prior experience in market research or data analysis strongly preferred
Salary:
$55,000- $60,000
