Lead Consultant (Marketing)

Due to the growth of our business, we’re seeking a talented, senior superstar to lead one of our sector-aligned practices, drive strategic growth, and manage a talented team of marketing professionals. This role is based out of our London office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Lead: Working with other senior leaders in the organisation to develop and oversee comprehensive ABM and B2B marketing strategies and program design that drive high-value client engagement.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals collaboratively, ensuring alignment, performance, and professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Momentum teams/functions to identify target accounts and tailor marketing efforts to maximise impact.
- Programme Oversight: Direct the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel strategic programmes, ensuring they are innovative, personalised, and effective.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse programme performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on ROI to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships at a senior level with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
- Industry Leadership: Apply your sector knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in account-based marketing and strategic B2B marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role or managing internal stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with a comprehensive understanding of ABM principles, marketing strategies, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a history of driving organisational success.
- Proficiency in oversight of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Able to demonstrate a strategic yet creative approach – can translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- In depth sector knowledge – technology, financial services or professional services

Salary:
- £75,000 to £95,000 plus OTE
